The Lounge & Cocktail Bar serves guests imaginative and modern takes on classic cocktails – from light and fruity to full bodied and aromatic. Explore a selection of wines and spirits from across Europe, including a selection of biodynamic and natural wines too.  

In the evening, the bar comes alive with a programme of live music, DJs and curated events to take guests late into the evening. Please note, last entry is 12am

This Valentine’s Day, escape to a world of romance and indulgence at The Brush Grand Café.

Enjoy our specially crafted Valentine’s menu by Executive Chef Ryan Matheson. Indulge in the tartlet of hand-picked crab, where creamy avocado, zesty lime, and a hint of chili create the perfect harmony of flavours. Savour our showstopper: pan-roasted charolais beef filet, and then end the evening over a warm chocolate fondant, served with passion fruit sorbet and adorned with rose leaves—because nothing says romance like chocolate and roses.

Either before or after dinner, lose yourself in cinematic love stories, from Lost in Translation to Romeo + Juliet with cocktails and popcorn in the Auditorium or continue the evening with cocktails and music in our cosy lounge.
