Located in the heart of Hoxton, the seasonally led menu pays homage to the ‘Grand Cafe’ genre with inspiration taken from cuisines across Europe and offers guests a modern take on traditional dishes alongside new signatures including Aubergine Schnitzel, Grilled Monkfish Chop as well as classics including French Onion Soup, Beef Tartare & Moules-Frites.
The Brush Grand Café is the ideal spot for any moment in the day from breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply a coffee and or cake from our counter where you can sample a Blueberry Amandine or Madeleines. We also have a large terrace open all year round to dine or drink al fresco come rain or shine.
No visit to The Brush Grand Café would be complete without inviting our Absinth Fountain tableside for a drink courtesy of our trolley. Our Les Fleurs du Mal cocktail, a harmonious fusion of French and Italian tradition that elevates the classic Negroni.
