The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar taking inspiration from some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe including a classic French Onion Soup, Wiener Schnitzel, Moules-Frites, Alsace inspired Flatbreads to a Basque Cheesecake.
Open from breakfast through to dinner with a large al fresco terrace which can be used all year around. Don’t miss our weekend brunch from 12-4pm, the perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon or our special combo mid week perfect for a work lunch or meeting.
