Kingsland records presents a night of vinyl DJs on rotation playing rarities and classics to move your feet! Expect to be taken on a journey through Africa and across the world with music from all corners. Kingsland records is an exciting new record shop at 492 kingsland road. Born out of local reggae soundsystem Kingland Ites. The shop specialises in new and used Reggae, Jazz, Latin and African vinyl. Check out their YouTube channel for a taste of what’s in store. DJs on the night Shubha G Kathmandu born, London based – sound man and artist. Shubha G has recorded with many notable musicians and producers over the years.
A selector/ operator for Hackney based label and analogue sound system, Kingsland Ites. The label has three releases under their belt and many more in pipeline. They are also known locally for all inclusive community soundsystem events which takes place every year in Gillet Square, Dalston Kingsland.
